WHO IS INSPIRED OPINIONS?

Inspired Opinions is a Research House online community. It is comprised of people who are interested in sharing their opinions and views on a variety of topics to help influence the development of things such as technology, food and healthcare.

Members of Inspired Opinions participate in research studies:

The Research House is a Schlesinger Associates Company which for over 45 years has provided market research services that help companies understand the needs, behaviour and opinions of their customers and potential customers. CAN MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS JOIN?

Yes! Anyone over the age of 18 may join. You can also earn points for referring friends and family members.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO JOIN?

It will take only a few minutes to become a member. You will be asked for some basic information and will be able to create your own personal login and password. Once your profile is complete, we can match your lifestyle and interests to one of the thousands of research studies we conduct each year. HOW DO I UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

It is simple, login into the membership site and click on the My Profile link. Once your profile is complete, we can match your lifestyle and interests to one of the thousands of research studies we conduct each year. When we find a study that fits your profile we will contact you either by email or phone to see if you qualify. The more information you provide the better we can match you up with a survey that fits your interests.

HOW CAN I STOP RECEIVING EMAILS FROM YOU?

We appreciate your participation and would like to have you continue your membership in InspiredOpinions. If you wish to have your name removed from our community you can do so at any time. Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to discontinue receiving email from us. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email or you login to your membership account and go to Cancel Membership.

HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN AN ONLINE SURVEY?

Once your profile is complete, we will match your lifestyle and interests to one of the thousands of research studies we conduct each year. When we find a study that fits your profile we will contact you either by email or phone to see if you qualify.

WHEN I CLICKED ON THE LINK THE SURVEY WAS CLOSED?

For each online survey we conduct there is a specific amount of respondents and people we are looking for. Sometimes we have more members respond than expected and reach our quota for the study quickly, which will close the survey link. We recommend you try to take the survey as soon as you can after receiving notification.

WHY DIDN’T I QUALIFY FOR THE SURVEY?

We are conducting thousands of surveys each year and targeting different ages, industries, regions and characteristics. We do our very best to match you to the right survey but in some cases your profile, habits and lifestyle does not match the survey criteria you were asked to participate in.

In addition to not qualifying for the survey, we sometimes have more members respond than expected and reach our quota for the study quickly. We recommend you try to take the survey as soon as you can after receiving notification and also recommend you keep your profile up to date so that we can match you with the right study.

We try to match your lifestyle and interests to one of our research studies. When we find a study that fits your profile we will contact you either by email or phone to see if you qualify. We appreciate your participation and encourage you to continue to check your email for future opportunities!

CAN I STOP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SURVEY AND TAKE IT LATER?

The answer to that is yes and no. There will be surveys that allow for you to stop and proceed at a later point in time and then there will be others that do not allow this. The system will alert you of the process and what is allowed at any point in time.

CAN I CHANGE MY ANSWERS?

Unfortunately most of our surveys will not allow you to go back and change answers to questions. We encourage you to take your time and read each question thoroughly before moving on.

If you received an email from us, your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or you have registered or otherwise have an existing relationship with us.

Often our clients would like to know how the opinions of people of different ages, regions of the country, backgrounds and income levels compare. People of varying ages and income levels have differing opinions and views on products and services. We want to ensure that we are collecting information from all points of view. Technical Support


I AM HAVING TECHNICAL PROBLEMS AND CANNOT ACCESS THE SURVEY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Occasionally we will experience some technical difficulties with our online surveys. We recommend that you completely close out of the survey and wait for 60 minutes and then try again. If you continue to experience technical difficulties you can contact us at helpdesk@inspiredopinions.co.uk.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN NOT VIEW OR HEAR SOME OF THE SURVEY CONTENT?

We occasionally experience technical issues with our online surveys. Sometimes you may not have the appropriate technology to view the project such as a sound card or high speed internet access. We are sorry you are unable to participate in these types of projects but hope that you will consider participating in future studies.

WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING EMAILS FROM YOU?

Many email and Internet Service Providers have SPAM protection in place to ensure you receive information from only trusted sites. This may prevent some or any of our email invitations reaching you. Yes. You can earn Opinion Reward points for a variety of participation methods.

HOW DO I EARN OPINION REWARD POINTS?

You earn Opinion Reward points in a variety of ways, such as:
→ Registration to the Inspired Opinions community → Survey participation → Profile Screeners and Personal Updates → Refer-a-Friend campaigns

HOW DO I REDEEM OPINION REWARD POINTS?

You control when and how you want to redeem your Opinion Rewards points. Once you have accumulated enough Opinion Rewards, you can redeem them for Amazon.co.uk Gift Cards* in denominations from £5 to £100 depending on your points balance at any time, or you can continue to accumulate them for later use.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RECEIVE OPINION REWARD POINTS?

No. All costs for the Opinion Reward points are covered by the Inspired Opinions community. There are no hidden costs or fees. You do not have to pay anything to receive and redeem your reward points.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY INCENTIVE

Unfortunately, technical mistakes sometimes do happen. Should there be an instance where you have not received or been rewarded the correct incentive amount, please write to us at helpdesk@inspiredopinions.co.uk and we will try to correct the situation as quickly as possible.
However, please allow for up to one week for your earned points to show in your membership account.

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

No - as long as you are an active member of the Inspired Opinions community, your points do not expire. This means that as long as you have any survey/community participation within a year from your registration date, your points will be valid and you can either redeem or continue to collect for higher incentive rewards.

WHAT IS THE VALUE OF A POINT?

100 Opinion Reward points have a value of £1
1,000 Opinion Reward points have a value of $£0, and so on.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

Opinion Reward points can be redeemed once a community member has reached 1,000 points. Reward points must be redeemed online. This section of the site is restricted to community members only and members must be logged in with their official user name and password to redeem their points.

HOW DO I SEE HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?

InspiredOpinions community members can view their current point accounts online at the community home page after they become a member. This section of the site is restricted to members only and members must enter their user name and password to view points.
However, please allow for up to one week for your earned points to show in your membership account.
